yes, it is. Its a ilustration of a scene from my fanfiction - kind of commedy/parody of everything that moves. While being on a mission in Very Dismal Wilderness, Malfoy finds a little elf, grey-eyed, and white-haired. He takes it with him, and after fulfilling the mission, he deciedes to step into an inn and have a drink. In an inn, according to absolutely unnecesary laws of every story, he meets the holy Trio, who condoles poor creature of being born a Malfoy, which is a tragedy far more terrible than being born a squib, or an invalide. That starts a chain of mistakes putting Malfoy in a very uncomfortable situation.
This pick is cut from a scene when Malfoy after hearing Weasley's remark, that poor creature wont be able to deny its infamous descent, looks at it and realises, that child really looks like his. But unfortunately, scanned pick when made smaller, looked dreadful, and being in such resolution as it is now, is far to big
